Sunday Brew Tours!

Been looking for a more in depth working knowledge of Haymarket's brewery operation? We're now offering Sunday brew tours at noon, 2pm and 4pm. The tour includes a 12oz beer for the tour and 4 4oz beers after the walk through. Finish with in depth Q&A discussion about beer with our resident expert Chad D. The tour and tasting is $15/person and the time slots are limited to about 15 people per tour. Good news is, you can make a reservation by calling the host stand at (312)638-0700

Pinkerton Scotch Ale

Allen Pinkerton was a Scottish American police officer and the first detective in Chicago.  His agency was a major force against the developing labor movement in the United States and was accused of inciting riots in order to discredit labor unions and justify police crackdowns.  It is in his dishonor that we brewed this big Scotch ale with 7 different specialty malts.  You'll experience flavors of chocolate, coffee, toffee amd cherry.
