Haymarket hits the Great American Beer Festival! 10/2-10/4
Heading to Denver this week? Look for the Haymarket Team out and about at the Festival, as well as holding down Booth #N25. We'll be right next to our friends from Hamburger Mary's/Andersonville Brewing Company! Drop by and say hi -
Thursday evening at 6:30pm, Pete and Chef McCoy take the stage in the Beer & Food Pavilion for "Hot Dogs & Ales to the Next Level." They'll focus on the local, sustainable and quality ingredients we use here at the Pub and delve into how our amazing scratch made hot dogs can be easily accomplished at home.
We'll be serving mini Chicago style and New York style dogs, as we spotlight the notorious battle between cities for hot dog superiority. Each style dog will be paired with an awesome Haymarket brew, as Pete discusses why our Speakerswagon Pilsner and Kaiser Rauchtenstein Dry-Hopped Smoked Helles are a natural fit with our housemade hot dogs and sausages.
For those not heading to Denver, check out our scratch made Frankfurter on the menu - at home, we also prepare them Coney style for a slightly messier (but delicious) take on this classic dish.
